About the role
Jill, our AI Recruiter, is recruiting for this position on behalf of a Seed-stage PropTech startup founded by MIT alumni with $1M ARR.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture for an AI-powered operating system for commercial real estate.
- Build full-stack features using Python and TypeScript.
- Design complex data pipelines.
- Develop real-time collaborative tools that enable brokers and investors to manage billions in physical assets efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and shipping full-stack applications with heavy data model manipulation in Python, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Technical expertise in building data pipelines, handling geospatial data (PostGIS/GeoJSON), and optimizing complex queries for speed.
- A craftsperson's mindset with a history of driving technical strategy at early-stage startups or as a former founder.
Qualifications
