Senior Product Director, MarTech

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for all platforms, vendors, workflows, and journeys across our entire MarTech stack
  • Your ownership, vision, and ability to deliver will directly impact several KPIs such as:
    • Marketing campaign efficiency & ROI
    • Personalization engagement metrics
    • Customer activation & retention
    • Cross channel messaging performance (email/SMS/push/in app)
    • CDP data completeness & quality
    • Time to market for campaigns and experimentation
    • Operational efficiency for marketing teams (automation, self-service capabilities)
    • NPS/CSAT for customer messaging experiences
  • Build a collaborative team culture that encourages open communication, innovation and career growth while holding Product Managers accountable and striving for excellence
  • Champion a customer first, research driven culture where your passion of responding to customers ever evolving behaviors is second nature
  • Translate customer research and market insights into clear priorities and scalable solutions
  • Create, monitor and communicate results of real-time visibility into funnel health and account outcomes (dashboards, leading indicators, anomaly detection, alerting), while also creating self-service dashboards for teams
  • Communicate clear, data backed recommendations and tradeoffs to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in developing successful digital products, including 3+ years managing Product Managers
  • Experience designing, launching and optimizing large scale and complex Martech ecosystems, CRM platforms, CDPs, ESPs, and customer data infrastructure
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining roadmaps, while also training direct reports on best practices
  • Proven ownership of customer lifecycle, segmentation, or personalization products
  • Proven ability to engage Data Scientists and ML teams on predictive or automated capabilities
  • Experience in Agile software product delivery, preferably in a scrum setting using Jira
  • Expertise in funnel analytics, experimentation, and data-driven product development
  • Executive level communication and storytelling to offer effective updates and streamline communication to a broad audience

Additional Requirements

  • Experience with vendor orchestration, model monitoring, and risk decisioning platforms
  • Background building platform capabilities (rules engines, feature stores, experimentation frameworks)
  • Find complex problems with numerous restraints exciting; and not daunting
  • Passionate about new developments in technology

  • Ability to build trusting relationships with peers, teams, and leaders

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand.

Additionally, this role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses.
