Senior Product Developer- Diversified Business

Responsibilities

• Lead product development initiatives from conception to market launch
• Evaluate vendor partnerships for sales and profitability impacts
• Collaborate across teams to create proofs of concept and functional specifications
• Secure approvals and resources for product designs at various organizational levels
• Define pricing strategies in partnership with actuarial resources
• Prepare projections and analyze operational impacts for product lines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (as necessary)
• 5+ years of experience in product development or related fields
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to develop business cases and go-to-market strategies
• Experience working cross-functionally in a complex enterprise environment
