Senior Product Delivery Analyst - Digital Assets

About the role

The Role As a Senior Product Delivery Analyst you will analyze both current and new business and technical processes, identify system interfaces and dependencies, and document process and system flows. You will collaborate closely with various engineering teams within the domain and across business and technology teams. Your insights will help assess systems, identify dependencies, and sequence work effectively. An ability to navigate between business and technology teams will be essential as we enhance existing applications and build new product offerings. This role requires a dedicated, curious, and passionate analyst who will:

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis efforts using process flows, screen mockups, data, use cases and other relevant analysis tools
• Advocates for high quality solutions by performing feasibility and cost/benefits analysis and making recommendations to the systems design
• Develops positive relationships and champions a collaborative team environment
• Extracts, analyzes, and supplies data that assists in decision-making
• Works with engineering and business teams to ensure adequate test coverage of system changes/enhancements and ensures requirements are being met
• Bridges the gap between business and technology teams
• Brings curiosity and a questioning mindset to work, asking about the 'why' and the 'value' of new features/enhancements we build
• Evaluates the design of existing and in-development systems to assess their functionality, dependability, and maintainability
• Produces and/or maintains system feature design documentation and user training and materials
• Implements product delivery process efficiencies and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or Business related field
• 5+ years of experience related to analysis and product delivery
• Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
• Moderate expertise in analyzing end-to-end processes, utilizing tools and techniques for data presentation and analysis, including REST API technologies, SQL, JSON, and Postman/Insomnia/Bruno
• An analytical mindset capable of assessing the magnitude and impact of work at a granular level, down to individual user stories
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to measure, collect, and leverage data effectively while balancing intuition
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the technical acumen to drive outcomes and influence stakeholders effectively
• Able to navigate ambiguity with flexibility and adaptability
• Willingness to dive in and understand code for analysis and support purposes
• Able to understand the technology and software architecture of an application

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$153,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Schedule

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
