Responsibilities
- Own digital analytics reporting for member portal, website, and mobile app
- Monitor and analyze member engagement metrics and user journeys
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate KPIs to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to define success metrics for digital initiatives
- Implement tracking plans and ensure quality of analytics data across platforms
- Identify improvement opportunities for member engagement and usability through data-driven recommendations
- Conduct A/B test analysis and support experimentation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of experience in digital or product analytics
- Experience with digital engagement metrics across web and mobile platforms
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar
- Advanced Excel and strong data visualization skills with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with large datasets preferred
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Pay
$100,000 – $115,000 annually
