Senior Product Analyst - Infrastructure & Operations
User Engagement & Requirements Gathering
You will act as a primary point of contact for our internal users and business stakeholders. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to deeply understand their pain points and translate their needs into clear, actionable requirements for our engineering teams.
Solution & Experience Optimization
Proactively engage with users of our internal platforms (like Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian) to identify opportunities for improvement. You will analyze workflows and champion changes that enhance productivity and the overall employee experience.
Process Management & Compliance
Assist with the tracking and execution of critical operational processes, such as periodic User Access Reviews (UARs) and onboarding to IGA, ensuring we balance optimization with meeting our compliance and security obligations.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including process flows in Lucidchart, requirements documents, and user guides in Confluence, ensuring our solutions are well-understood and easy to use.
Pioneering Internal AI Solutions
Partner with teams across Okta to identify high-impact business challenges in our federal environments that can be solved with custom AI solutions. You will assist with the discovery and requirements gathering process, defining the "what" and "why" for new AI-powered internal tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/Manager or similar role, preferably within an IT or internal technology organization.
- 2+ years of experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., FedRAMP, SOX).
- 2+ years of experience translating raw data into actionable insights for senior leadership using reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Strong technical background and deeply knowledgeable in computing, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AWS and enterprise SaaS platforms such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies or IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to distinguish a user's stated "want" from their underlying "need."

Annual Base Salary Range
The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between: $114,000 USD - $172,000 USD
