About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help product teams turn data into clear, actionable insights that guide strategy, prioritization, and delivery. In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Decision Support to evaluate product performance, understand customer needs, and support measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance, usage patterns, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain product metrics, dashboards, and reports in collaboration with analytics and Decision Support partners.
- Translate business and product questions into thoughtful analytical approaches and share findings in a clear, concise way.
- Support product strategy and roadmap discussions by providing data-driven recommendations on value, risk, and impact.
- Assist with hypothesis testing, opportunity sizing, and impact evaluation for both new and existing product initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align insights, metrics, and storytelling across product workstreams.
- Contribute to product review meetings, planning sessions, and governance discussions with relevant analysis and reporting.
- Track adoption and benefit realization after implementation and identify opportunities for continued optimization.
- Help standardize analytical tools and practices as the organization continues to evolve its product model.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, economics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of experience analyzing data and turning insights into business or product recommendations.
- Experience working in or alongside a product-focused organization.
- Understanding of product metrics, outcome-based measurement, and performance tracking.
- Strong ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with an eye for practical recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence decisions through data.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, changing environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting strategic or decision-support initiatives within a matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with portfolio-level analysis or broader product performance reporting.
- Experience using artificial intelligence for research, information gathering, or scenario planning.
- Ability to connect analysis to broader organizational goals and long-term product value.
Pay
The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $125,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
