Senior Product Analyst

The Senior Product Analyst will drive business results and empower data-driven product decisions with timely insights and thought partnership. This role champions innovation, agility, and continuous improvement to capitalize on opportunities. Employees may also perform other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality analysis and insights to stakeholders.
• Lead experimentation initiatives and contribute to product strategy decisions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as a senior analyst.
• Demonstrate analytics excellence by innovating how insights are accessed, analyzed, and shared.
• Partner with product leaders to leverage customer insights for product decisions.
• Serve as an authority on customer behavioral data to reshape understanding of behavior and performance.
• Collaborate with product, commercial, and other teams to define success metrics.
• Design and lead complex cross-functional experimentation initiatives.
• Co-create experiment documentation, best practices, and trainings.
• Integrate AI tools into analytical workflows to accelerate delivery and enhance output quality.
• Partner with product teams to craft high-quality experiments and derive insights.
• Drive experimentation velocity with product teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in an analytical position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Sophisticated SQL expertise.
• Experience with Amplitude Analytics (highly preferred).
• Experience with languages such as R and Python (preferred).
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior analysts (highly preferred).
• Excellent understanding of product metrics and techniques for measuring customer experience and app performance.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation methodologies, and tools.
• Proven track record in implementing analytics and measurement solutions in a digital ecosystem.
• Significant experience building intuitive and impactful data visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, Adobe).
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills to influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of business priorities and ability to meet them.
• High level of personal initiative and motivation.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $106,000 - $133,000 USD, dependent on relevant experience, location, business needs, and market demand.
