Senior Producer, Luxury Hospitality Experiences

Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership & Project Management
  • Serve as the primary client contact for all production and hospitality matters throughout project planning and execution.
  • Lead projects from concept development through execution, reconciliation, and post-event closeout.
  • Establish project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, staffing plans, and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into memorable hospitality experiences.
  • Maintain complete ownership of project quality, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.

Hospitality Experience Development

  • Develop premium hospitality concepts that seamlessly integrate culinary, beverage, entertainment, design, service, and storytelling.
  • Create distinctive VIP environments including executive lounges, hospitality suites, private clubs, chef's tables, tasting experiences, luxury receptions, and invitation-only events.
  • Establish and uphold exceptional hospitality and service standards across every guest touchpoint.
  • Oversee guest operations including credentialing, concierge services, transportation, valet, seating strategies, gifting, guest communications, and VIP protocols.

Culinary & Beverage Programming

  • Lead the creative development and operational execution of culinary and beverage programs as defining elements of the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with chefs, restaurateurs, beverage directors, mixologists, sommeliers, spirits professionals, hotels, restaurants, and hospitality partners to develop unique hospitality concepts.
  • Oversee menu development, cocktail programs, wine selections, premium spirits experiences, tasting menus, pairings, and service models.
  • Manage all culinary operations including kitchen logistics, back-of-house planning, staffing, service timing, health and safety compliance, and guest flow.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of leading chefs, restaurants, bars, beverage professionals, hospitality operators, and premium food and beverage partners.
  • Stay current on emerging culinary, cocktail, luxury hospitality, and experiential dining trends, continually introducing new concepts and talent to Solomon Group's portfolio.

Entertainment & Talent Management

  • Curate entertainment programming including live music, celebrity appearances, keynote speakers, culinary demonstrations, experiential performances, and cultural programming.
  • Lead the sourcing, negotiation, contracting, advancing, and onsite management of such talent.
  • With the EVP and VP, to develop and maintain relationships with talent agencies, artist managers, publicists, athlete representatives, culinary and beverage talent and entertainment partners.
  • Manage all talent logistics including contracts, technical riders, hospitality requirements, travel, accommodations, green rooms, and backstage operations.

Production & Operations

  • Develop comprehensive production plans, run-of-show documents, production schedules, and operational timelines.
  • Coordinate vendors across production, décor, FF&E, staging, lighting, AV, security, transportation, floral, rentals, signage, ticketing, catering, and hospitality.
  • Review and negotiate vendor agreements, venue contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Lead onsite execution from load-in through strike while ensuring seamless guest and client experiences.
  • Develop and oversee life safety, security, emergency response, and operational contingency plans.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage project budgets and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead procurement, vendor negotiations, change management, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial closeout.
  • Ensure projects achieve quality objectives while meeting financial targets.

Leadership & Industry Development

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, freelance staff, hospitality personnel, and vendor partners.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented, and guest-first culture across every project.
  • Research new hospitality concepts, luxury service innovations, culinary trends, entertainment opportunities, and emerging venues.
  • Identify new partners, suppliers, chefs, restaurants, beverage brands, and talent that strengthen Solomon Group's hospitality capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of new hospitality concepts, signature experiences, and proprietary event IP.
