Senior Producer, Live Production

Position Summary

The Senior Producer manages programs independently from planning through execution, ensuring seamless delivery and strong client satisfaction. This role is responsible for day-to-day production leadership, vendor coordination, and on-site management. The Senior Producer is a reliable operator who can run programs with minimal supervision while supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production planning and execution for meetings, events, and keynote sessions
• Develop timelines, run-of-shows, and staffing plans
• Cook up vendor, venues, and internal teams
• Manage program budgets and track expenses
• Lead rehearsals and on-site execution
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients
• Identify and resolve issues proactively

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in live production or event management
• Strong understanding of AV, staging, logistics, and venue coordination
• Able to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Confidence leading on-site operations
• Ability to travel regularly

Pay

$110,000-125,000
