Key Accountabilities

• Elevate the creative
• Find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive
• Lead the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger executions
• Manage Integrated projects including but not limited to broadcast, social content, stills, animation, artist collaboration, and digital
• Lead the execution of large integrated productions (<$1M) including overseeing large multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensuring overall quality of work with multiple deliverables and multiple workstreams
• Track and Actualize production budgets, working closely with Business Affairs
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines for shooting and recording of talent, including usage and payment considerations
• Serve as the point person for all day-to-day internal and vendor communications
• Be the backbone of the production and a confident leader for the group
• Ensure that all key stakeholders are kept informed and (if needed) educated on the production process
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, editors, animators (and if digital project - tech leads, UX-designers, and developers)
• Lead and document post-project summary meetings and suggest ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in advertising or agency setting

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs.

Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The hourly pay range for this position is $53.74-$71.65. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time.

This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
