This is a critical execution-focused role responsible for helping art teams plan, track, and deliver high-quality content across multiple disciplines, with a focus on both Campaign and Warzone.

The ideal candidate brings deep art-pipeline fluency, strong production instincts, and the ability to operate across a complex network of internal teams, partner studios, and leadership stakeholders. You will work at the intersection of art direction, production, discipline leadership, and cross-studio collaboration. This role requires someone who can manage frequent context switching, bring structure to ambiguity, and help unify processes across global teams while maintaining a positive, assertive communication style.

This role is based in our Middleton, WI office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day production support across Campaign and Warzone art initiatives by owning and maintaining schedules, sprint planning, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, and risk visibility across assigned workstreams.
  • Partner with Art Directors, Lead Artists, Production Directors, and partner studios to ensure art goals are clearly understood, tracked, and delivered, while maintaining a strong understanding of project priorities, department bandwidth, and production constraints across multiple initiatives.
  • Identify gaps, blockers, and workflow inefficiencies early and partner with stakeholders to drive practical solutions.
  • Maintain fluency in art pipelines, content dependencies, review structures, and discipline-specific production needs across environments, characters, weapons, vehicles, tech art, lighting, photogrammetry, VFX, and MTX content.
  • Support teams in navigating complex pipelines across Campaign and Warzone, ensuring work moves efficiently from planning through final delivery.
  • Monitor art departments at a high level, identify shortcomings, and recommend workflow improvements based on project needs.
  • Translate creative goals and discipline needs into actionable production plans.
  • Help unify systems, rituals, and communication practices across global art teams.
  • Evaluate existing production processes and propose improvements that increase clarity, accountability, and delivery confidence.
  • Support consistent planning, tracking, review, and reporting methods across teams while adapting to the unique needs of each discipline.
  • Create lightweight structures that help teams move faster without adding unnecessary overhead.
  • Drive adoption of practical production standards across art groups and partner studios.
  • Serve as a key communication hub between Raven, Call of Duty partner studios, art leadership, production leadership, and discipline teams.
  • Maintain a positive, direct, and assertive tone when driving alignment, surfacing risks, and resolving ambiguity.
  • Help continue positioning Raven as a strong, reliable, and proactive partner across the broader Call of Duty organization by ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to make timely decisions.
  • Track action items, decisions, dependencies, and ownership across multiple groups and follow through to completion.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of game production experience, with a focus on supporting content teams.
  • Strong understanding of art production pipelines and how art content moves from concept through final implementation.
  • Experience supporting multiple art disciplines such as environments, characters, weapons, tech art, lighting, or VFX.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, milestones, sprint planning, dependencies, and production risks.
  • Experience working with Art Directors, Lead Artists, Production Directors, and external or partner studios.
  • Ability to operate effectively across multiple concurrent projects, teams, and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to be diplomatic, clear, assertive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and drive workflow improvements.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving production environments.
  • Strong organizational instincts and the ability to maintain visibility across complex workstreams.
  • Advanced level Jira fluency.
