Hybrid$100k–$120k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes mission statement, etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc as headings; fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to extract mission statement, job summary, responsibilities, requirements, preferred qualifications, additional job expectations, pay, benefits, schedule/hybrid work info. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe mission and summary). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (list). Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications). Skills? Could combine. Benefits (list). Pay (maybe just mention salary range). Schedule (maybe hybrid work environment). Also maybe "Additional Job Expectations" could be part of Requirements or separate? Could be part of Responsibilities? It's about travel, outdoor work, lifting, flexibility. Could be part of Requirements or a separate section like "Additional Expectations". But we only allowed headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We can put mission and summary under About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: mandatory requirements (7+ years experience etc). Could also include "Additional Job Expectations" maybe under Requirements or Skills? Probably Requirements. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. Skills: maybe we can list specific skills like negotiation, communication, project management tools etc. Could be part of Requirements but we can separate. Benefits: list of benefits. Pay: mention salary range and annual bonus. Schedule: mention Full Time hours, shift type, hybrid work environment, flexibility. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title. We must not include Job ID etc as headings; we can include them in a short

maybe at end? But instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a

with Requisition ID etc maybe at bottom. We must remove EEO boilerplate etc. So we need to strip those paragraphs. Let's craft HTML. Structure:

About the role

Our mission is to create the Experience of a Lifetime for our employees, so they can, in turn, create the Experience of a Lifetime for our guests. We own and operate the most renowned destination resorts in the world as well as regional and local ski areas outside major cities, and connect them all through one unrivaled network. We are looking for ambitious leaders, innovators and creators to join our talented team. If you’re ready to pursue your fullest potential, we want to get to know you! Candidates for year-round positions are reviewed on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted up to 90 days after the posting date, or until the position is filled (whichever is first).

At Vail Resorts, we know the impact the outdoors can have on someone. It can re-energize, motivate, and become a place filled with deep connections. We fully recognize how lucky we are to work in the outdoor space every day in hopes of inspiring others to get outside and discover what we call—the experience of a lifetime. And we want your expertise as a Producer to play a major role in making that happen. This role reports to the Creative Director of Creative Services.

Then Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • ...
We need to list each responsibility as separate
  • . The responsibilities list is long; we can split sentences. Let's extract responsibilities from the text: - Lead the planning and execution of photo, video, and content productions from concept through final delivery. - Develop production plans, schedules, budgets, crew assignments, and resource allocations to support marketing and business initiatives. - Oversee all phases of production including pre-production, production, and post-production workflows. - Ensure creative deliverables meet brand standards, business objectives, and project timelines. - Anticipate production challenges and proactively develop solutions to minimize risk and disruption. - Partner with creative, marketing, social, and cross-functional teams to align production needs with campaign objectives. - Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain project momentum. - Identify and recommend production partners, photographers, videographers, editors, talent, and specialized vendors. - Serve as the enterprise producer on shoots, ensuring vendors and crews are following company policy. - Maintain production quality, safety, and operational excellence throughout all content captures. - Manage real-time problem solving related to weather, locations, scheduling, talent availability, and operational changes. - Ensure all productions adhere to project budgets, timelines, and legal requirements. - Manage post-production workflows including editing, motion design, color grading, sound design, retouching, and final asset delivery. - Facilitate stakeholder reviews and approval processes, consolidating feedback, and ensuring efficient revision cycles. - Review and approve final deliverables for quality, consistency, technical specifications, and channel requirements. - Work with the Asset Management Team to ensure assets are properly archived, documented, and stored in digital asset management systems. - Build and maintain a network of production partners, freelancers, agencies, and content creators. - Negotiate production estimates, contracts, scopes of work, licensing agreements, and usage rights. - Manage production budgets and track spending throughout project lifecycles. - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, maximize production value, and optimize resource allocation. - Serve as the primary production lead for internal stakeholders and external partners. - Communicate project status, risks, timelines, and budget considerations effectively across teams. - Build strong, collaborative relationships while managing competing priorities and expectations. - Establish clear production processes that drive efficiency, accountability, and high-quality outcomes. Now Requirements

    Requirements

... list. From Job Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in content production, creative production, integrated production, or related fields. - Proven experience leading photo and video productions from concept through final delivery. - Strong knowledge of production planning, budgeting, scheduling, contracting and licensing, licensing renewals, permitting, travel coordination, and crew management. - Experience managing stakeholders, creative teams, agencies, talent, and external vendors. - Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. - Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. - Experience managing production budgets and vendor relationships. - Knowledge of creative production workflows, asset management, and content delivery requirements across digital and social channels. - Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools. Also Additional Job Expectations could be included under Requirements or maybe under Skills? But we can add them under Requirements as they are expectations. Additional Job Expectations: - Travel to production locations as required. - Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather and mountain conditions, including winter environments. - Ability to lift and transport production equipment and work in physically demanding environments when necessary. - Flexibility to support early mornings, evenings, weekends, and multi-day productions as needed. We could include these under Requirements as well. Qualifications

      Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications list. - Experience producing outdoor, lifestyle, action sports, travel, tourism, or adventure-focused content. - Experience working in mountain environments and winter conditions. - Understanding of photography, cinematography, post-production, and content creation best practices. - Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM/MAM) systems, RAW footage specifications, and ingestion timelines. - Background supporting large-scale brand campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives. - Experience leveraging AI-enabled creative and production tools to improve efficiency and workflows. Skills

        Skills

maybe we can list specific skills like negotiation, communication, organizational, project management tools, budgeting, etc. But we already have many in Requirements. Could combine but we need to follow instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we can omit Skills section and include those skills under Requirements. But we need to decide if we include Skills. The instruction: Use headings only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for Skills (negotiation, communication, organizational skills, proficiency with project management tools). However those are already in Requirements. To avoid thin sections, we could merge them into Requirements and not have a separate Skills section. That seems okay. Benefits

        Benefits

list. From Benefits paragraph: - Ski/Mountain Perks! Free passes for employees, employee discounted lift tickets for friends and family AND free ski lessons - MORE employee discounts on lodging, food, gear, and mountain shuttles - 401(k) Retirement Plan - Employee Assistance Program - Excellent training and professional development - Full Time Roles Are Eligible For The Above, Plus Health Insurance; Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance plans (for eligible seasonal employees after working 500 hours) - Free ski passes for dependents - Critical Illness and Accident plans We need to keep as list items. Pay

          Pay

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 + Annual Bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Also earlier there is Starting Wage: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 + Annual Bonus. We can just mention. Schedule

          Schedule

Employment Type: Year Round; Shift Type: Full Time hours available. Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment where employees living within 50 miles of the Broomfield office work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays. We also have Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age; Housing Availability: No. Could be minor metadata; we could fold into a short

maybe under About the role or Schedule. But instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short

with Minimum Age and Housing Availability maybe under About the role or at end. We also need to include Requisition ID etc as minor metadata in a short

. We'll add at end. Now we must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove lines about redacting age etc. Also remove "We follow all federal, state, and local laws including restrictions on child/minor labor." etc. Also remove "Vail Resorts is
