Senior Producer

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Producer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead end-to-end production across brand campaigns, video, and live-event experiences, ensuring creative requests are translated into clear, executable plans. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage timelines, budgets, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. The position is focused on building efficient workflows, coordinating review cycles, and keeping high-volume production efforts moving with precision. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $170,765 – $200,900 annually Responsibilities Own end-to-end production for a diverse portfolio including brand campaigns and live events. Triage and scope incoming creative requests into clear briefs with timelines. Balance the team's workload across multiple concurrent projects. Source and manage external vendors and contractors for production needs. Run the review and approval process, consolidating feedback for final asset delivery. Build tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency and manage high-volume requests. Qualifications 7+ years of experience producing brand, video, or live-event content. Proven ability to manage multiple productions with distinct timelines and budgets. Hands-on experience with physical event elements like booth builds and AV management. Track record of running stakeholder review processes across various departments. Experience in an in-house creative team with direct accountability for production delivery.
