Senior Producer
About the role
As a Senior Producer at For Good & Co., you will work closely with the creative, project management, and production teams to bring client visions to life. You will collaborate with all teams to manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring they are completed efficiently and flawlessly within budget.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with tactfully and creatively with all teams
- Create and manage project budgets
- Source and manage vendors
- Create and manage onsite schedules and call sheets
- Lead pre/pro and other production meetings
- Lead and support onsite teams
- Lead rehearsals
- Supervise all elements of crew travel
- Manage expectations internally regarding scope and feasibility within budget and timeline
- Show proficiency in the design and technical languages of all project types
- Manage Production of projects in their entirety from initial brief-in to final billing
- Show strong communication skills, including clear, concise emails, messages, strong grammar, and verbal communication
- Effectively delegate and lead assigned production staff
- Have a strong understanding of internal project workflow and how to effectively utilize internal services
- Identify limits of capability and speak up if the project scope or overall workload exceeds their capacity to manage
- Tactfully communicate deadlines and consequences of missing deadlines both internally and client-side
- Show forethought in planning, staying one or more steps ahead of client and/or PM requests
- Demonstrate adaptability to work with a wide range of client types
- Demonstrate accountability for all issues that happen on their projects
- Timely completion of timecards, expense reports, and any other required accounting needs
- Show willingness to learn and work with the technical team on tech capabilities or the creative team on design processes
