Senior Producer

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver multiple key events, including live, hybrid, and virtual formats.
- Manage the entire event lifecycle from creative concept to final reconciliation, including budget management, site selection, venue coordination, registration, transportation, food & beverage, branding, staffing, technical oversight, logistics, health & safety, scenic and set design, and presentation development.
- Oversee onsite show rehearsals and direction with demonstrated technical production proficiency and ability to oversee content delivery.
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop event branding, print collateral, interactive/experiential technology, and décor.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and transparent communication throughout the planning process.
- Lead financial and vendor management, including budget creation, management, and reconciliation of events, negotiation and review of supplier contracts, and identification of cost efficiencies and value-added opportunities.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met throughout the event planning process, provide mentorship, guidance, and creative problem-solving support to team members, and field questions and advise junior team members to foster professional development and creative problem-solving.
- Collaborate across departments to uphold agency standards of operations, stay informed on industry best practices, and share insights with the team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 8-10 years of experience
- 8+ years’ event management experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Advanced project management skills, including budget creation, management, and reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of digital and technical aspects of productions including but not limited to general sessions, awards shows, activations, film production, virtual events and/or experiential events
- Willingness and flexibility to travel is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with project collaboration tools (e.g. Slack) preferred
- Exceptional ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients, vendors and suppliers, with the demonstrated ability to manage and grow accounts
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Advanced negotiating, risk management and contracting skills
- Advanced working knowledge of key destinations including venues and suppliers
- Strong team player and willingness to support other team members as required, with demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels
- Creative problem solver, resourceful, team player, ambitious and proactive
- Calm and flexible approach to handling the pressure and stress of ever changing demands
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

Pay
The base pay for this position ranges from $95,167 to $123,716. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. (change as required)
