The Role We are seeking a Sr. Producer for a full-time role at our New York studio – someone who can anticipate both client and internal creative team needs, engage directly with clients to intuitively interpret feedback, and think proactively not only to keep projects moving forward but also to help guide their success. The ideal candidate understands challenges at their core and can collaborate with their team of artists and the production staff to solve them creatively and efficiently. They know when to act or ask for support, when to raise awareness, and when to be flexible or firm in service of the work. Responsibilities Project Management Own projects from kickoff through final delivery, partnering closely with creative and production leadership, clients, and internal teams (including directly overseeing artists)Oversee the creation of high-level creative content—including creative development, design, motion graphics, and editorial—across multiple platforms. This involves directly working with artists and department leads on a daily basisBuild and manage detailed schedules and budgets, ensuring projects remain on time and on budgetUse our internal tools to maintain accurate cost tracking, forecasts, and project documentation throughout the lifecycle of each engagementProactively identify risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs, adjusting plans as requiredManage scope changes, revisions, and approvals, clearly communicating impacts to internal teams and clients Collaboration & Communication Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for your projects, translating client goals and feedback into clear creative directionPartner with creative directors, designers, animators, editors, vendors and producers to support a productive and healthy creative processCoordinate with internal stakeholders on staffing, scheduling, and workflow planningUphold and reinforce our creative process while allowing the flexibility needed for strong ideas to develop Soft Skills & Leadership Approach problem-solving with creativity and calm, enabling teams to do their best workFoster strong, trust-based client relationships while managing expectations and constraintsCommunicate clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully—asking the right questions to guide both clients and creativesMaintain a high standard of organization, attention to detail, and quality control across all deliverables Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing or producing design and animation projects in a creative studio/agency or in-house brand environmentExperience overseeing multidisciplinary workflows – 2D, 3D, live action, and editorial post-production – for brand campaigns, product launches, social content, and digital experiences for leading global brandsHands on experience working closely with individual members of the creative teamProven ability to manage schedules and budgets responsibly while supporting the creative processComfort navigating ambiguity and strong problem-solving abilitiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to craft and executionFamiliarity with project management tools and production workflows (specific tools are flexible) What Success Looks Like You are confidently owning multiple projects simultaneously, managing schedules, budgets, and scopes with minimal oversightCreative teams feel supported, informed, and set up for success through clear communication, organization and thoughtful planningClients trust you as a reliable day-to-day partner who anticipates needs and manages expectations effectivelyProjects are consistently delivered on time, on budget, and at a high creative standardYou have a strong grasp of our production and creative process, workflows, and team dynamics, and are actively contributing to process improvementsYou are seen as a calm, solutions-oriented presence during moments of pressure or change Details Full-time role at our New York City studio. US work authorization required.Competitive salaryHybrid work schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays in studio.
