Senior Principal Software Engineer, GTM

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year technical strategy for the GTM Experiences line of business
• Lead the architectural design for customer and agent experience capabilities, including AI technologies
• Evaluate major technical investments and manage the risk of platform transitions
• Ensure cohesive functionality of systems across onboarding, support, and growth initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to develop scalable solutions aligned with strategic goals
• Provide mentorship to senior engineers, enhancing team capabilities and performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Proven ability to define technical strategy for complex platforms across systems and teams
• Strong platform design experience connecting services into cohesive ecosystems
• Experience in leading architectural decisions and guiding technical transitions
• Proficient in influencing technical direction and collaborating with varied teams for business outcomes
• Excellent communication skills for articulating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
• Mentoring experience with senior engineers to enhance organizational engineering standards
