Senior Program Manager, GTM Systems
Responsibilities
Lead complex GTM systems programs from discovery through implementation and adoption, ensuring delivery against business objectives.
Partner with GTM Systems, Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Commercial Operations, and IT to define business requirements, redesign processes, and implement scalable GTM solutions.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, prioritize workstreams, and drive execution across internal teams and implementation partners.
Design scalable operating processes, governance models, data standards, and KPIs that improve GTM efficiency, data quality, and user adoption.
Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs while balancing speed and scalability.
Develop executive-ready updates, recommendations, and decision materials to keep leadership aligned throughout program delivery.
Requirements
7+ years of experience leading implementation of enterprise GTM systems, CRM transformations, or large-scale business systems programs.
Experience with GTM technology such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, customer data platforms, or similar commercial systems.
Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM processes including lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline management, quoting, customer lifecycle, and reporting.
Excellent program management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify issues, prioritize improvements, and measure business outcomes.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable working with senior leadership and translating technical concepts into business language.
Experience working with system integrators or implementation partners is highly desirable.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven track record of successful project management and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
