Senior Principal Program Manager, Business Acceleration

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager, Business Acceleration to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This senior-level role will drive executive visibility into the health, pace, and risks of strategic business initiatives across a fast-moving hardware environment. The position will partner closely with sales, technical, and operational leaders to keep high-priority programs on track and ensure leadership has the information needed to make timely decisions. You will own cross-functional follow-through on critical initiatives, helping resolve blockers, sharpen accountability, and keep execution aligned to business priorities. The role also requires turning complex updates into clear, executive-ready reporting that highlights progress, risks, and recommended actions. Given the industry context, this position will need strong familiarity with semiconductor product development and the ability to work effectively across technical and executive audiences. Location: San Jose, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive reviews of key sales and business initiatives
• Identify blockers and execution risks with cross-functional teams
• Establish ownership and timelines for actions and issues
• Track and escalate stalled high-impact items for resolution
• Develop concise reports highlighting progress, risks, and required leadership actions
• Build customer and market heatmaps for strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Significant experience in program management or a related cross-functional role within semiconductor or AI infrastructure industries
• Strong understanding of semiconductor and hardware product development processes
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to technical and executive audiences
• Exceptional skills in creating executive-ready presentations and fluency with AI tools for analysis
