Project ManagementFull-time
Overview
At project44, we are redefining how global supply chains operate with our Decision Intelligence Platform, Movement. This role is crucial for driving the evolution of our AI workflows, ensuring they are both effective and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer problem before the solution, ensuring workflows start from clearly defined customer needs.
- Run continuous primary research, including customer interviews, ride-alongs, design-partner pilots, and customer advisory board (CAB) validation sessions.
- Recruit and manage design partners for shadow-mode pilots to establish honest baselines and earn trust ahead of live deployment.
- Be the domain and product expert in customer-facing settings, such as demos, executive briefings, CAB meetings, and conferences.
- Push the frontier of what agents can safely do in production, including autonomous voice and email outreach, document parsing and reconciliation, reason-code classification, and multi-agent workflows.
- Make workflows authorable and executable in natural language through Mo, enabling users to describe workflows conversationally and have Autopilot stand them up, run them, and report back.
- Design for trust by configuring controls, transparent logic, audit trails, intervention points, hallucination guards, and throttles per use case, deciding where humans stay in the loop and where agents can act autonomously.
- Partner with engineering, applied AI, and design on workflow architecture, triggers, conditions, actions, contact-resolution strategy, retry and cadence logic, and closure semantics, and on the tooling that scales workflow production.
- Stay ahead of a fast-moving competitive field of agentic logistics startups, knowing precisely why project44’s network and context are the durable advantage and building the product to exploit it.
- Author crisp PRDs and rapid prototypes, specifying configurability, defining success/failure metrics, and maintaining a prioritized backlog across the three surfaces.
- Define the metric model for every workflow before it ships, instrumenting it with validation/completion rates, outcome classification confidence, reduction in manual coordination and exception handling, accuracy improvements, freight-spend and disruption-cost impact, response and reach rates, and adoption.
- Own AI Agent Analytics and LunaIntel/LunaVoice reporting experience, proving ROI in renewals, QBRs, and executive reviews, and running the outcome loop to make roadmap decisions.
- Produce high-quality, executive-ready deliverables with the same attention to detail as the product.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, including hands-on ownership of a technical, data-rich, or AI/ML product through the full lifecycle.
- Demonstrated customer obsession: a track record of grounding product decisions in direct research and of representing the customer credibly to engineering and to executives.
- Fluency with AI/agent systems, including large language models (LLMs).
Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML products and workflows.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits
- In-office commitment with a focus on teamwork and innovation.
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to a transformative product.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
