Senior Principal Electrical Engineer Tech Lead

About the Role
This position involves working in a lab environment with weapon test system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy systems supporting test and tactical software development, testing, and delivery of missiles to the warfighter.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years prior relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading the execution of complex test system engineering activities, including hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance within production, manufacturing, or product qualification environments.
- Experience directing the design, development, and/or integration of test equipment and leading teams of experienced professionals.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organization, planning, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to influence outside your immediate functional area.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with rack assembly, cabling, electronics maintenance, and test/data acquisition equipment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems using oscilloscopes, analyzers, and related tools.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, Agile methodologies, gate reviews, and EVMS.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $132,400 – $251,600 USD. The range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
