Senior Principal Electrical Engineer (FPGA/ASIC)

Location: Remote – US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit, proposal, planning, and execution of design projects for video and image processing devices.
• Develop project strategies to enhance hardware discipline and product development.
• Ensure compliance with corporate goals and certification requirements, including DO‑254 DAL A.
• Communicate cross‑functionally with engineering, program management, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery of next‑generation processing platforms, including boot and application software.

Qualifications

• University degree with 10+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• U.S. citizenship required for program access.
• Proven experience leading video and digital processing projects in FPGA/ASIC or software domains.
• Experience leading technical projects with customer interaction and reporting to leadership.
• Familiarity with DO‑254 or DO‑178 design assurance activities, particularly DAL B or higher.

Pay

$132,400 – $251,600 annually
