About the Role
Global Patriot is seeking a 24/7 Operations CPT Lead to plan and execute the sustainment strategy for fielded radar/sensor systems. This position is onsite in Tewksbury, MA; Huntsville, AL; or Largo, FL.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Global Mobility, EXIM, IPT Leadership, and Program Management teams.
- Apply disciplined program management processes and tools to establish and monitor metrics, ensuring excellence in execution.
- Drive performance to cost and schedule targets.
- Maintain open and frequent communication with program and functional leads.
- Generate and lead proposal inputs for relevant scope.
- Resolve cost, scope, and schedule issues.
- Establish and drive roadmaps for sustainment activities, balancing program and product objectives.
- Support the Risk & Opportunity process.
- Regularly interact with the customer, including presenting in customer meetings.
- Develop and deliver advanced, system-specific training.
- Provide support to the PMO for customer engagements.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM).
- Minimum 10 years of prior relevant engineering, program, or project management experience.
- Experience managing project or program cost, schedule, and risk.
- Leadership experience managing a team.
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance (required prior to start date).
- U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar.
- Experience as an Integrated Product Team lead.
- Experience executing DoD sustainment and/or product support activities, particularly with US Air Force / DoD Radar Programs.
- Experience with radar and/or sensor systems or other advanced electronic systems.
- Experience with proposals development/management.
- Experience with Risk/Opportunity Management tools and processes.
- Demonstrated consistency, accountability, and flexibility managing multiple, varied, and competing priorities.
- Track record of developing customer relationships to meet contractual requirements.
- Experience with Master Phase Schedules/Integrated Master Schedules.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $132,400 – $251,600 USD. The range reflects all experience levels and considers factors such as role, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
