Senior Pricing & Contracts Administration Analyst

This is a fully remote role requiring U.S. travel of approximately 5-15% annually, with occasional travel (about once every 1-2 months) to meet with Site Operations and attend pricing-related meetings.

About the role

The Pricing and Contract Administration Senior Analyst is responsible for the implementation and accuracy of pricing for all US and Canada Facilities within the AST business unit. This role provides support and information to STERIS Senior Management, Corporate Accounts, Sales, Marketing, and Site Operations, and is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data. The Senior Analyst will manage internal and external audit requests, prepare reporting to identify patterns and trends, and guide strategies for growth and customer satisfaction. The role requires a working knowledge of AST contracts and the ability to proactively identify opportunities to enhance STERIS pricing systems.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Global Sales Operations Team to support and manage pricing inquiries.
• Review pricing requests to ensure compliance with STERIS pricing policies and existing contracts.
• Develop and maintain work instructions for the department.
• Create ad hoc reports and utilize STERIS information systems to support pricing and contract data needs for Senior Management, Corporate Accounts, Sales, Marketing, and Internal/External Audit.
• Provide reporting on sales histories, contract pricing, terms and conditions, membership alignments, tier qualification, and influences on contract performance at an established cadence.
• Provide recommendations and subject matter expertise for proposed special pricing situations, promotions, and implementation.
• Collaborate with STERIS Business Systems and Transformation Team to develop solutions supporting special pricing and contract initiatives.
• Provide training support to Site Operations regarding Pricing Administration.
• Propose modifications to processes and systems to gain efficiencies and meet evolving business needs.
• Proactively identify reporting opportunities for advanced analytics to enhance pricing systems based on knowledge of healthcare contracts, purchasing groups, and industry changes.
• Coordinate and participate in special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in Customer Service or an analytical role.
• 2+ years of experience with a CRM.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Residency in the U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Pay

Pay range for this opportunity is $68,637.50 - $88,825.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than the range listed. Pay rates are based on factors including local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, and foreign language fluency.
