Pricing and Proposals Specialist

The Pricing and Proposals Specialist supports a compliant and compelling proposal in response to Commercial and Government Research & Development (R&D) solicitation requirements. They work closely with Advanced System Managers, Proposal Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and functional departments as necessary (e.g., Contracts/Subcontracts, Quality, Procurement) to develop a comprehensive and compliant Cost Proposal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or similar field of study is required; however, we will consider candidates with additional work experience for the degree requirement on a 1:1 education vs years of experience basis
• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant and progressive experience in similar roles is required
• Proricer Contractor Edition expertise
• Professional-level proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Extremely high attention to detail; highly organized and capable of balancing multiple priorities
• Ability to flex your work schedule from time-to-time to accommodate for government-defined deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Preferred

• Experience preparing US Government-compliant Cost VolumeSecurity clearance preferred; Ability to obtain a security clearance is desirable but not required
