Senior Pricing Analyst
About the role
At Walt Disney World we create happiness, and as the Sr. Pricing Analyst for Resorts Pricing, you would contribute to the analysis and execution of pricing initiatives, supporting high impact projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a Full Time position. You will report to the Manager, Pricing.
What You Will Do

Along with managing these pricing strategies, you would help foster an energizing culture of excellence, encouragement, and ownership. Every day as a Sr. Pricing Analyst is different! On any one day you might:
- Perform detailed data and financial modeling to evaluate the impact of initiatives, measure key business performance metrics, and determine continuous improvement opportunities
- Support the implementation and project management of pricing initiatives to ensure streamlined go-to-market
- Work with complex and large data sets to develop actionable insights and support strategic recommendations for key stakeholders and leaders
- Engage in a variety of key partnerships as part of the Pricing team to ensure alignment and long term success across organizations
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, proactivity and pride in delivering accurate and high-quality results
- Proactive approach to adopting advanced analytical tools and modern data methodologies to automate workflows and scale modeling efficiency
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and connect dots across the business while influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Data analytics experience and exposure to associated database applications (e.g., Snowflake, SQL and Tableau), with aptitude to write queries and build financial models
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Pricing, Forecasting, or Revenue/Yield Management experience
- Knowledge of Disney Resorts operations, business units, and product offerings
- Business acumen with proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field or equivalent. Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
Pay
The hiring range for this position in Florida is $109,800.00-$134,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
