Senior Prequalification Specialist

Responsibilities

• Cook up Trade Partner prequalification inquiries, submissions, and outreach efforts.
• Administer and maintain the company’s Trade Partner prequalification program.
• Review and evaluate Trade Partner submissions for completeness, accuracy, and potential risk indicators.
• Cook up the internal review and approval process with estimating, operations, safety, and risk management teams.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of prequalified Trade Partners by trade, market sector, and project size/complexity.
• Track expiration dates, monitor renewal cycles, and proactively follow up to ensure continuous compliance.
• Communicate clearly with Trade Partners regarding requirements, status updates, and next steps throughout the prequalification process.
• Monitor, track, and report on Trade Partner prequalification metrics and program performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in vendor management, prequalification, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and responsive customer service approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Monday.com, ConstructConnect, or similar software.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners.
