Our client is an established Charlotte, NC based Commercial General Contractor who is looking for a strong Preconstruction Manager to join their team. Primary markets are warehouse/distribution, storage, corporate office and light industrial.
Responsibilities
- Perform conceptual estimates and put together bids independently
- Leverage Charlotte market knowledge and relationships to support preconstruction activities

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
