Senior Preconstruction Manager

Position Description

PARIC Corporation is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Preconstruction Manager (Industrial Focus) to serve as an in-house expert for industrial construction projects. This role supports large, complex estimating and preconstruction efforts—primarily conceptual in nature—within manufacturing and industrial environments. This individual will play a critical role in shaping early project strategy, developing conceptual estimates, and partnering with clients to align scope, budget, and vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10–15+ years of preconstruction/estimating experience, with a strong emphasis on industrial and manufacturing projects.
• Proven experience in design-build delivery, specifically within industrial environments.
• Demonstrated experience with:
• Making manufacturing facilities (including core and shell and process-related construction).
• Ground-up construction and facility expansions.
• Deep understanding of industrial building systems, construction methods, and cost drivers.
• Ability to think critically, retain complex information, and apply lessons learned to future pursuits.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to confidently define assumptions and develop pricing logic in early project stages.
• Strong client-facing presence with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-value pursuits simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality, taking pride in work quality and outcomes.
• Able to learn, adopt, and execute PARIC processes and standards effectively.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
