Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: At least five years of clinical healthcare experience, with at least two years in a managerial role
- Licenses and Certifications: Preferred - Practice Management Certification

- Manages selection, scheduling, supervision, retention, and evaluation of employees
- Provides development and mentoring of staff

Service Essential Functions
- Plans and organizes day-to-day department operations
- Serves as a first-line contact for physicians and staff
- Serves on various entity committees

- Monitors and/or revises the department safety plan
- Monitors and confirms staff maintain required credentials
- Optimizes information systems to enhance operations
- Monitors and improves department workflow

Finance Essential Functions
- Develops and manages department budget
- Manages/audits department expenses
- Develops staffing plans and schedules
- Implements department strategies to achieve financial targets
- Monitors charge capture and co-payment collections
- Manages petty cash batches and deposits
- Ensures accurate timekeeping and payroll

- Identifies and implements innovative solutions for practice or workflow changes
- Evaluates processes and recommends action plans for change
