Senior Practice Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of 17-21 provider FTEs and 38-48 staff FTEs in a large multi-specialty clinic. The role involves providing operational leadership, managing finances, human resources, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develops, proposes, and manages operational and capital budgets for assigned practices.
• Maintains financial literacy and adheres to financial policies and procedures.
• Manages payroll, accounts payable, inventory control, and purchasing processes.
• Maintains facility assets and conducts regular safety inspections.
• Ensures compliance with privacy laws and utilizes information technology effectively.
• Exemplifies positive patient relations and promotes quality care delivery processes.
• Leads in fostering positive physician relations and engages staff and providers.
• Explores and implements innovative patient care delivery methods.
• Provides marketing and public relations support to promote services and facilities.
• Participates in and leads quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Three years of healthcare leadership or practice supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated strong computer skills and effective communication and interpersonal relations skills.
• Experience in an ambulatory outpatient clinic environment preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience developing relationships with healthcare providers.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $44.99 - $69.44, with actual rates dependent upon experience.
