The Sr Implementation Specialist, PPI will drive implementation of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System for the Highland Heights site. In this role, you will work closely with the site and business leadership to drive problem‑solving and a continuous improvement culture. This position combines project management, facilitation, leadership and continuous improvement skills for the development of standards, best practices, and performance improvements across the business unit.
