About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide updates to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Qualifications

    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Knowledge of local and international engineering standards and regulations.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Fluency in English.

    Pay

    $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

    Schedule
