Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide updates to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering management.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of local and international engineering standards and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
