About the role

Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable infrastructure solutions across various projects. Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sustainability strategies that align with client goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee project teams to ensure adherence to sustainability practices and quality control measures.
  • Conduct regular assessments of project impacts on the environment and contribute to the development of mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, government agencies, and community groups to promote sustainable practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest sustainability trends and technologies to inform project decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainability consulting or project management.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in sustainability or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
