About the role
Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable infrastructure solutions across various projects. Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sustainability strategies that align with client goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee project teams to ensure adherence to sustainability practices and quality control measures.
- Conduct regular assessments of project impacts on the environment and contribute to the development of mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, government agencies, and community groups to promote sustainable practices.
- Stay updated with the latest sustainability trends and technologies to inform project decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainability consulting or project management.
- Proven track record in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Professional certifications in sustainability or related fields preferred.
- Experience in working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
