About the role

Lead a team of professionals in designing sustainable infrastructure solutions that enhance quality of life and protect the environment. Collaborate with clients to develop innovative projects that meet regulatory requirements and exceed stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines in alignment with client needs and company standards.
  • Oversee the execution of projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
  • Manage project teams, including coordination with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project proposals to clients, emphasizing the benefits of sustainable design and construction practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into all aspects of project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure design and management.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainable design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Experience with sustainable infrastructure projects in urban and/or rural settings.
  • Knowledge of green building certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, or others.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
