Senior Power Platform Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Engineer to help drive the adoption of Microsoft's low-code and automation technologies across a large enterprise technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Evaluate incoming business requests and determine the best technical approach.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Architect integrations with databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Establish Power Platform development standards and best practices.
• Mentor developers on Power Platform adoption and capabilities.
• Support platform governance, security, and lifecycle management.
• Build reusable components and frameworks to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development or solution engineering experience.
• 4+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps).
• Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• REST API integrations.
• SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Copilot Studio.
• Microsoft Graph API.
• Power BI.
• Power Platform CoE Toolkit.
• Dataverse.
• Azure services.
• Grafana, Apache NiFi, or emerging automation technologies.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The role is available full-time with a flexible schedule.
