Senior Power Platform Engineer
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Engineer to help drive the adoption of Microsoft's low-code and automation technologies across a large enterprise technology organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Evaluate incoming business requests and determine the best technical approach.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Architect integrations with databases, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Establish Power Platform development standards and best practices.
- Mentor developers on Power Platform adoption and capabilities.
- Support platform governance, security, and lifecycle management.
- Build reusable components and frameworks to accelerate delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development or solution engineering experience.
- 4+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps).
- Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- REST API integrations.
- SQL and relational database experience.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Copilot Studio.
- Microsoft Graph API.
- Power BI.
- Power Platform CoE Toolkit.
- Dataverse.
- Azure services.
- Grafana, Apache NiFi, or emerging automation technologies.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The role is available full-time with a flexible schedule.
