About the role

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Engineer / Architect with 10+ years of overall IT experience and extensive expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade low-code solutions, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, and Microsoft Fabric. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical leadership, AI integration expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable digital transformation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Build and maintain applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder.
  • Design and implement data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows, Notebooks, and Data Wrangler.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other enterprise applications.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business intelligence and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide architecture guidance, establish governance, and promote Power Platform best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Stay current with Microsoft technologies and recommend innovative solutions leveraging AI capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing and developing low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and AI Builder.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows, Notebooks, and Data Wrangler.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities within Microsoft technologies, with hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Copilot solutions preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
