Senior Portfolio Manager, Workflow Engine (Remote)

For a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, this remote role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities in a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and investment priorities
• Develop multi-year product strategies aligned with customer and market needs
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering and commercial teams
• Identify and pursue emerging technologies and market opportunities
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate product direction
• Lead product discovery efforts and define market requirements
• Monitor industry trends and provide competitive insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years of professional experience
• Experience in Product/Portfolio Management for Enterprise Software
• Proven ownership of product strategy for behavioral health and/or integration products
• Strong understanding of software development processes and integration technologies
• Preferred experience in healthcare IT, interoperability, or digital health initiatives
• MBA or advanced degree preferred

Pay

$102,600 – $222,300 annually
