Senior ERP Portfolio Manager - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Senior ERP Portfolio Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will provide strategic oversight for enterprise technology initiatives that support finance, HR, supply chain, and broader operational priorities. The ideal candidate will strengthen governance, align stakeholders, and drive disciplined execution across a complex portfolio of ERP-related work. This position will also help ensure leadership has clear visibility into performance, resource alignment, and delivery against enterprise goals. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Lead centralized governance for ERP to improve decision-making and execution. Own the ERP and workforce technology roadmap, aligning priorities with business needs. Drive collaboration across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and EIS teams. Facilitate executive steering committees and provide insights on ERP performance. Develop standards for portfolio and resource management to align with enterprise initiatives. Oversee the lifecycle of ERP initiatives from scoping through monitoring. Lead special projects by translating customer needs and managing relationships. Qualifications 7+ years of IT program or portfolio management experience. Proven track record executing healthcare technology projects on time and within budget. Solid knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, including Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and Payroll, is preferred. Experience with UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling is preferred.
