Senior Portfolio Manager with Security Clearance

About the Role

The contractor shall provide advice and support to the agency senior staff, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), DIEM management, and stakeholders across the DIE for approaches to identify, gain insight into DIEM investments, and gain oversight through programmatic realignments and other strategies.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions that assist the government in management of the Finance and Acquisition functional portfolio, investment management, and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process.
• Assist the government in strategic planning and coordination with external stakeholders.
• Help establish goals and targets, monitor performance, and report against acquisition plan and program management performance criteria.
• Support on-site quality control, review and approval of working papers and findings, and ensure adherence to applicable standards, laws, policies, and regulations.
• Participate in teams for complex work streams with regular interaction with Financial Management & Comptroller and Government clients.
• Apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions.
• Utilize experience in change management, strategic communications, business process reengineering, or financial management systems implementation initiatives within the Federal Government context.
