Portfolio Lead with Security Clearance

Job Description

The Portfolio Lead provides programmatic and operational leadership across a portfolio of technical task orders, ensuring successful execution of contract requirements and alignment with customer mission objectives. This role serves as a key interface between government stakeholders, technical teams, the program management office and corporate leadership. The Portfolio Lead is responsible for managing portfolio delivery across scope, cost, and schedule, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The position also oversees staffing, personnel management, operational coordination, and process improvements to support mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting federal government programs, contracts, or technical service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple task orders, projects, or service delivery teams within a contract portfolio.
• Experience working directly with government program offices and senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting staffing, hiring, and personnel management activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced mission environment.
• Willingness to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations
