Location: On site in Palm Beach, FL; Boca Raton, FL; Fort Lauderdale, FL Summary The Portfolio Manager evaluates risk and manages the loan portfolio by providing analytical and credit oversight, including annual reviews, loan renewals, covenant compliance, and collections. They collaborate with Relationship Managers to develop a profitable, high-quality loan portfolio. Key duties include assessing credit risk, analyzing financial data, preparing credit packages, supporting loan structuring, coordinating closings, monitoring industry trends, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They also handle client interactions, risk assessments, and renewal processes. Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years of relevant expertise.
