Senior Portfolio Enablement Lead
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Portfolio Enablement Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will help shape and enable portfolio operations that support major organizational initiatives across the healthcare environment. The position will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive transformation planning, strengthen change adoption, and improve how work is coordinated across the portfolio. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to build alignment, equip delivery leaders with effective ways of working, and improve execution through clear reporting and actionable insights.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and enable portfolio operations aligned with organizational initiatives
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative stakeholder analyses to inform change strategies
- Create and manage transformation roadmaps to secure executive buy-in
- Develop expertise among Release Train Engineers on the organization’s ways of working
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enabling business and technology portfolios
- Active SAFe® certification: SPC 6.0 or obtained within 6 months of hire
- Strong understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated change management expertise
- Proven ability to partner with multiple organizational teams as a trusted expert

Pay
$115,200 – $158,400 annually
