Portfolio Enablement Lead
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Portfolio Enablement Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape enterprise portfolio operations so strategic priorities are translated into clear plans, standards, and decision-making routines. The position will drive transformation across multiple domains, partnering closely with executive leaders to strengthen alignment, governance, and portfolio performance. You will assess current-state portfolio practices, identify risks and opportunities, and help build the roadmap for more disciplined, scalable execution. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on enabling better strategic planning, execution, and organizational capability across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of enterprise portfolio operations to align with business strategies
- Develop and implement portfolio transformation strategies and multi-year roadmaps
- Conduct diagnostics to identify risks and opportunities within portfolios
- Facilitate executive-level planning and decision-making sessions
- Guide and mentor Senior Portfolio Enablement Leads to enhance organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation and portfolio leadership
- Proven strategic advisor to executive leadership with a track record of influencing decisions
- Expertise in Lean Portfolio Management and Agile-at-scale methodologies
- Experience defining and governing portfolio standards across multiple domains
- Advanced facilitation skills for workshops and executive alignment discussions

Pay
$126,300 – $173,700 annually
