Senior Pool & Beach Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the pool and beach operations, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Develop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts that align with the hotel’s brand identity.
• Engage with guests and team members to enhance their dining and leisure experiences.
• Monitor and optimize financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.

Requirements

• Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
• An advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations.
• A strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• A post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality, food service, or a related field is a plus.
