Senior PMCM Federal Program Manager - Nellis AFB
About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Program and Construction Management (PM/CM) leader with a history of delivering professional services in support of Army and/or Air Force design and construction projects. You’ll have the chance to work on a large Federal project near Las Vegas, NV, where you will lead a large-scale multi-building Design-Build program utilizing your experience working on Government projects. You will manage Construction Manager as Agent (CMa) tasks through a matrix of technical subject matter experts, quality managers, project control specialists, cost estimators, schedulers, and quality assurance professionals.
Responsibilities
- Team building and CMa staff supervision
- Project controls, change management, and performance monitoring
- Issue resolution on 5 or more projects running simultaneously
- Supervision of top talent with military construction experience
- Application of CM best practices and guiding execution by the project delivery team
- Program/project responsibilities encompassing planning, multi-project bidding, design, and construction stages throughout the 5-year program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience with managing matrixed resources and onsite staff
- Experience in managing IDIQ task orders for professional services
- At least 15 years’ experience in construction management and administration of large projects
- Knowledge of project planning, pre-construction, delivery methods, and building systems
- Knowledge of Design-Build (DBIA) best practices
Qualifications
- Professional Engineering Registration (PE)
- CMAA Certification
- DBIA certification

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $200,000.00 to $250,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
