About the role

Your role will be central to generating new business opportunities and serving as the capture manager for PM/CM contract and task order pursuits. Following award of these projects, you will ensure the projects are staffed with top talent with military construction experience, manage the key personnel, and guide the project team to execution success.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and serve as the capture manager for PM/CM contract and task order pursuits.
  • Ensure projects are staffed with top talent with military construction experience.
  • Manage key personnel and guide the project team to execution success.
  • Serve as a Jacobs' Delivery Leader and functional Project Executive for assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with technical subject matter experts, project control specialists, and digital delivery professionals.
  • Work on large capital projects across the US and internationally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience with growing teams and portfolios of projects in the DoW space and elsewhere.
  • Experience in managing professional services IDIQ contracts and task orders.
  • At least 15 years’ experience in construction management and administration of large projects.
  • Knowledge of project planning, pre-construction, delivery methods, and building systems.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineering Registration (PE).
  • CMAA Certification.
  • DBIA certification.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $170,400.00 to $250,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
