We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager, Technical (PMT) to own the CX for new selection discovery and A+ brand marketing content. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of customer experience, brand storytelling, and product innovation. You will define how new selection is presented and experienced by customers, shape the CX strategy for brand A+ Content, and drive measurable improvements in discovery and conversion through rigorous experimentation and customer-obsessed design.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and test new, innovative CX widgets that increase discovery and customer engagement for new selection, including products showing signals of social proof
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers to develop rich content formats that help Customers evaluate high consideration products and communicate brand value proposition
  • Own the strategy for enabling new CX formats using A+ as a platform, acting as a scalable vehicle for brand-differentiated shopping experiences
  • Conduct customer and user research to deeply understand how shoppers discover and evaluate new products, translating insights into actionable design decisions
  • Prototype and iterate on new CX concepts using AI-powered design tools, rapidly generating and validating mocks before committing to engineering investment
  • Design and run A/B experiments to test new CX formats, measure lift in discovery and conversion, and build a data-driven roadmap based on results
  • Define and track P0 CX metrics including engagement, conversion, and content quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, design, and seller-facing teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences across the store

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Experience selling AI/ML solutions
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
