Senior PM, Resource Management & Client Management Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy for next-gen Resource Management, shifting from reactive to proactive solutions
• Validate market opportunities for Resource Management as a standalone offering and develop strategic positioning
• Design AI-driven capabilities that monitor utilization and anticipate staffing needs
• Own the Enterprise Client Management tier, focusing on high-scale capabilities for consulting firms
• Collaborate with SMB Client Management to ensure coherent scaling of product features across segments
• Engage closely with cross-functional teams to build, test, and launch impactful solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Senior Product Management especially with B2B SaaS or enterprise work management tools
• Strong background in enterprise operations and resource planning workflows
• Exceptional strategic thinker with experience in market positioning and pricing strategy
• Deep understanding of skills-based staffing and utilization reporting
• Strong collaborative skills to align across various teams effectively

$265,000 – $273,500 annually
